Shipping Policy
To ensure your package is delivered correctly and you receive it within the timeframe we advertise, please ensure your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information. Using correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or entered incorrectly at the time of purchase.
If the package is returned to our premises due to an unknown, incomplete, or incorrect address, particularly if your package is not collected from the collection point within the specified timeframe, we will automatically inform you by email.
The package can be reshipped at your expense.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to a separate processing time, with the exception of the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the carrier. Order processing and shipping time is 2 to 4 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery times
-To mainland France or any country in the European Union: approximately 4 to 6 days and up to 30 days during the holidays, or exceptional delays due to covid, or to the carrier La Poste or sales periods (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note that our items ship from multiple warehouses and warehouse locations. If you order multiple items, you will receive your items in multiple packages. Each package will have a tracking number based on the shipping method you choose.
DELIVERY DECLARATIONS
If you notice a non-delivery or if the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you have 10 days from the date your package was sent to notify us of non-receipt of it.

We will help you work with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that claims can take up to 30 days to process.
We assume no responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms delivery.
